All users of our service agree to the following: By making a booking you are agreeing to this: Service terms: Complete Couriers (UK) will allow 14 minutes in free combined loading, offloading or waiting time. At 15 minutes, an additional charge of £5.00 is payable. Every minute thereafter is charged at 34p (equivalent to £10.00 per 30 minutes pro-rata). If incurred, our courier will ask somebody at either address to sign, thus recording and verifying the total time payable. If waiting time is incurred after cash has already been received, then an email invoice will be sent to you. Unless otherwise agreed, all payments are due on receipt of PayPal invoice. If still unpaid after 24 hours, late payments will be charged at 80p per day. Like all courier companies, for some European and international servies, third party (sub)contaractors may be used such as dhl, tnt, fedex, along with other directly commissoned courier services within the delivery terrority. Our liabity for damage or loss is limited to the value of the item being sent, for late arrivals we offer partial or full refund, depending on the lateness. Delays to deliveries / collections caused by acts of God, Riots, War, Government emposed restrictions and some public holidays are not covered. Bookings which are cancelled within 45 minutes of confirmed collection time or cancelled upon arrival are charged at £15.00 (higher charges apply to cancellations outside of the North /South circular). Please ensure all items are packaged appropriately and labelled clearly for transportation (we can assist with this).
